To celebrate Cookie Smile's One-Year Anniversary, we will be hosting our first- Cookie Smiles Bake Challenge!

As a challenge that is completely open to the public, we encourage anyone who is interested to partake. This challenge will be most attractive to our baking hobbyists, aspiring bakers and culinary students of all levels.

Each competitor will create and develop their recipe from the list of ingredients provided and must include one of these special ingredients – Hysan’s Urban Rooftop Garden Rosemary or Peppermint.

There will be three rounds of challenges taking place at the Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art (HKNOC) location in North Point and Complete Deelite (CD) in Central. We will have a launch event at the HKNOC at 11:00 am on Saturday the 26th of June 2021. More details of the competition will be provided at a later date.

Dates:
2nd August 2021: The submission deadline for the qualifiers. The top 20 participants will move to the baking round.
28th August 2021: First baking round. The top 10 participants will move to the next round.
25th September 2021: Second baking round. The top 5 participants will move to the next round.
30th October 2021: The Final baking round. The winner will be announced on this day.

Prizes:
First Place / Winner: Prizes and a cash reward of HK$3,000
Second Place: Prizes and a cash reward of HK$1,000
Third Place: Prizes and a cash reward of HK$500
