Eva will demonstrate the meticulous, step-by-step process of creating a stunning Chinese Autumn Pudding. Specializing in the fusion of design and gastronomy, Eva believes that food should be a visual masterpiece as well as a culinary delight. During this intimate session, you will learn the secrets behind this seasonal dessert, participate in key hands-on steps, and enjoy a tasting of the finished creation alongside complimentary tea and coffee.
To ensure you can share this beautiful experience with your loved ones, every participant will take home a complete Starter DIY Kit including all essential ingredients and the specialized moulds to recreate the pudding perfectly at home.
